History
QUADRA-NET was first officially registered on the 18th of August 2006 but the company's history dates back to the late 80's and early 90's. In that time the current founders of QUADRA-NET were setting up their own independent enterprises, mostly service companies. They have come a long way from that time - from companies specializing only in the local repair of electronic products through independent service networks up to the moment that market trends created the right conditions for the consolidation of mutual interests.
QUADRA-NET was formed through the initiative of the owners of four companies: NIKU SERWIS, NOWA TECHNIKA, RAGZ and TELE-RADIO-VIDEO.
NIKU SERWIS

1987 - Wiesław Urbaniak opens a company on Ul.Koźminska in Poznań. The service outlet specializes in the retuning of imported TV receivers and small radio equipment.

1990 - 1990 - Grzegorz Tomczak begins an enterprise under the name of Atlantis Service. Both companies are based at the same premises at ul.Składowa 5. The companies widen their offer of services, repairing a wide range of audio-visual electronic equipmen

1994 - The company name is changed to NIKU SERWIS. The company receives its first authorization from Samsung. In the following years the company receives further authorizations and enlarges its client base.

2000 - Wiesław Urbaniak and Grzegorz Tomczak create a joint company NIKU Serwis W.Urbaniak & G.Tomczak.

NOWA TECHNIKA

1970- Janusz Nowakowski opens a company which repairs audio-visual equipment at clients homes

1991 - Janusz Nowakowski registers the limited liability company NOWA TECHNIKA in Warsaw. The company trades and offers repair services.

1995 - NOWA TECHNIKA receives authorization from Panasonic Poland and Sharp-Nichimen. In the following years the company receives authorization from Philips Poland, Samsung Poland, Thomson Poland and Grundig Poland.
RAGZ

1988 - Andrzej Zasada and Romuald Guzowski set up a company. The company specializes in the repair and adaptation of electronic equipment imported from Germany.

1995 - The company signs its first authorization contracts with Samsung and JVC. The company changes its outlet to a more representative one at ul.Piotrowska. The company rapidly develops and receives further authorizations.

1998 - A change of company headquarters to ul.Piłsudskiego. Begins cooperation with Sony and Philips and sets up service outlets in Łódź and the Łódź County.
TELE-RADIO-VIDEO

1986 - Tadeusz Warner takes over Tele-Radio-Video with its service outlet in Gdynia at Ul. Świętojańska 86. From 1984 Tele-Radio-Video is the central service of Sanyo and Sharp electronic equipment distributed by PHZ Balton for the whole of Poland.

1991 - the signing of a new service deal with PEW Pewex for the service of electronic equipment distributed by its Gdanśk outlet. A second service outlet with an area of 200m2 is built at ul. Bohaterów Getta Warszawskiego 18 Gdynia, from this moment the company evolves rapidly and receives further authorizations.

1993 - Tele-Radio-Video signs service deals with JVC Poland and Sony Poland.

1994 - A contract for the organization and running of warranty repair services for Pioneer electronic equipment for the whole of Poland.

1995-2001 - Service deals signed Sanyo and Philips Poland, Aiwa and Sharp.

2004 - Service deal signed for warranty repair service of Loewe electronic equipment for the whole of Poland.
