QUADRA-NET offers services in both local and central systems, and we also anticipate combining both service models. We have more than 400 Service Partners throughout the country, so we can be very flexible in our approach to customer service and adapt to their needs. Local repairs can be performed in the workshop or at the customer’s home. 

For selected product groups we offer central services in our largest service center located in Poznan. In the case of small products that are easy to transport by courier, such a solution allows for high specialization of technicians in repairs, which not only reduces costs, but also improves the quality of services provided.
