Professional customer service is a permanent feature of the QUADRA-NET Service Network. Our main goal is to achieve high satisfaction and meet the individual needs of our Contractors’ customers. The basic task of our employees is to monitor the course of orders on an ongoing basis, control the execution time and quality of customer service. We provide full support in preparing the project, establishing rules, procedures and principles of operation of our Service Partners. We dedicate a specific number of employees and the project leader, who is responsible for the current implementation of services and solving all problems. Thanks to such a solution, our Contractors contact one person and not hundreds of services all over Poland.
