QUADRA-NET has qualified technical staff, supporting its Contractors and Service Partners in the process of equipment and Customer service. Our technical department responds to current technical problems, supports with its knowledge, and on the basis of its own and provided by Service Partners they create technical bulletins raising the qualifications and knowledge of other services. Our engineers not only support with their knowledge, but are also involved in the search for spare parts, cooperation with suppliers, including directly from China. The parts obtained on the market are examined, tested by us, we cooperate only with suppliers whose quality of parts does not raise any objections.
For our Contractors, we perform cyclic reports of faults, wear and tear of parts, we control the process of return of products after replacement. We make sure that our Service Partners provide services at the highest level, while reducing the number of products to be replaced and the cost of used parts.
QUADRA-NET also employs a Quality of Customer Service and Training specialist. Thanks to cyclical trainings for customer service employees with soft skills, a positive image of our Contractors’ brands is built.
